It's the little things

It is definitely the little things in life that means the world to ME...

Those little things in life that can spark such beautiful memories

You know how those little things in life can all of a sudden spark a memory?.....

Well over the past two mornings upon exiting the gym the combination of feeling of the cool temperature outdoors upon my face, my endorphins buzzing and the three birds sweetly chirping out on my balcony has taken me back to fond warm memories.

Memories of regular early morning walks with my Dad as well as separate occasions with my mum and her Keal Road walking clan walking through the beautiful lush tree lined streets of the Sherwood residential area. The air was so cool and refreshing and the streets so peaceful and tranquil. Each person walking at their own pace and filtering their own thoughts and experience.
It was beautiful...

As I reflect on those walks these words ring in my mind "Nothing lasts forever..."

If you want it that badly....you will be willing to take those first few steps

It's all a memory now...

I am back from a magical time in Thailand and it's all a memory now.

Good,soul fulfilling memories.

Feeling deeply grateful for the experience.

Back to work tomorrow and fingers crossed the chiseling of a new and more fulfilling chapter starts.

Backpack packed,new passport in hand,work out of office message is on and it's time to head out to the airport. Contiki-Thailand here I come!!!!!!

I envision me being a "smiley adventurous happy traveller" discovering beautiful shores, meeting fun crazy people,trying out new culinary delights,swimming,swimming,more swimming and drinking copious amounts of cocktails while basking in the Thai sun.
